Full-Day Wedding Chauffeur (6–10 hours)

Late-Night Transfers
A dedicated transfer at the end of the evening – whether for the couple’s getaway or for bridal party, family, or nominated guests by arrangement.
Next-Day Transfers

Pricing options are provided in line with my broader service structure:
- Fixed Price – For certainty and peace of mind, a firm price is agreed upfront, based on either an hourly or distance rate (and any applicable fees). The fixed price does not change regardless of the actual time or distance travelled.
- Estimated Price – For couples who prefer flexibility, an estimate is provided upfront, based on either an hourly or distance rate. The final payment is adjusted to reflect the actual hours or distance, as agreed at the time of booking.
- Capped Price – For extended wedding transfers, long-distance journeys, or multi-day arrangements, a capped price can be agreed to ensure affordability and clarity.
Each wedding package is tailored to your timeline and requirements, with pricing structured to give couples confidence and clarity.
Booking Process
To prepare a tailored proposal and draft run-sheet, I request:
- Date, ceremony and reception addresses
- Photography plan (first-look or post-ceremony portraits)
- VIP or accessibility considerations
- Styling preferences (ribbon, umbrellas, red-carpet runner etc)
- Late-night getaway or next-day transfer requirements
- Vehicle decoration requests (such as ribbons) should be raised at the time of booking for discussion and agreement, and must be supplied by the couple unless otherwise agreed.
Deposit and Final Payment
A booking is secured with a deposit of 50% of the agreed booking price. The balance of payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vehicle contingency
In the unlikely event the vehicle becomes unavailable, an equivalent licensed replacement will be sought. If a suitable substitute cannot be sourced, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected portion of service.
Cancellation by You
- More than 60 days’ notice – refund of the deposit
- 30 to 60 days’ notice – 50% of the booking price is payable i.e. the total deposit
- Within 30 days’ notice – 100% of the total booking price is payable.
If the date is re-sold, only reasonable administrative costs are retained.
Cancellation by Me
In the unlikely event the vehicle becomes unavailable, an equivalent licensed replacement will be sought. If a suitable substitute cannot be sourced, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected portion of service.
- In unforeseen circumstances where I am unable to fulfill your booking, you will be notified immediately and offered either a full refund or assistance in rescheduling your booking.
- If the deposit or booking price is not paid as per the agreed terms, the reservation or booking will be cancelled.
How many passengers can travel in the Lexus ES300h?
The Lexus ES300h accommodates up to four passengers plus myself as chauffeur. This capacity is intentional – the vehicle is designed to provide a calm, intimate setting for the couple, VIP family members, or nominated guests. Comfort, space, and presentation are always prioritised. For weddings, I recommend two to three passengers per transfer to allow sufficient room for gowns, flowers, and personal comfort.
What if we have more than four people in the bridal party?
Any nominated passengers may be included within the agreed run-sheet. Where more than four people need to travel, transfers are scheduled in separate runs so that all nominated passengers can be moved comfortably. Larger bridal parties or groups usually travel in additional vehicles arranged separately, which allows me to remain fully dedicated to those travelling in the Lexus.
Can you provide transport before the ceremony?
Yes. Pre-ceremony transfers are part of my service and can include movements to hair and makeup appointments, accommodation, or photography locations for any nominated passengers – the couple, bridal party, VIP family members, or guests. These are scheduled within the agreed run-sheet to ensure timing and presentation are maintained.
Do you move guests as well as the couple?
Yes. My service is available for any nominated passengers throughout the day – whether that is the couple, their bridal party, VIP family members, or selected guests. All transfers, from pre-ceremony through to the late-night getaway or next-day events, are personally chauffeured and delivered with continuity, discretion, and refinement.
What about children travelling in the vehicle?
WA law requires approved child restraints appropriate to a child’s size and age. For safety and compliance, parents or guardians must supply and fit the restraint. I maintain two restraints suitable for children aged 4–8, available on request, but parents/guardians remain responsible for correct installation and use.
Can you accommodate elderly family members or accessibility needs?
Yes. The Lexus ES300h is a luxury sedan rather than a high SUV or van, which makes entry and exit easier for elderly family members or those with limited mobility. I discreetly assist with doors, steps, or umbrellas where needed to ensure comfort and dignity. As required under law, accredited service animals are welcome in the vehicle. This ensures that all guests travelling in the Lexus can do so safely and with confidence.
Can you stay on-site throughout the day?
Yes. My service is exclusive and never a drop-and-go. I remain on immediate standby throughout your booked coverage, dedicated solely to your needs. This ensures I am ready for transitions, photography sequences, or last-minute adjustments, with complete focus on your day.
Can the vehicle be decorated?
Decoration requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and always discussed in advance. Any styling must be secure, non-marking, and free from risk to the vehicle’s finish. Simple, elegant options such as ribbons are often suitable, provided they can be fitted without adhesives or materials that could cause damage. Where decorations are agreed, they are supplied at the cost of the couple and always chosen to complement the vehicle’s lines and formal presentation.
What happens if weather or traffic causes delays?
I build contingency into every schedule. Alternate routes, extra timing buffers, and coordination with venues are incorporated to ensure smooth arrivals and elegant timing even under challenging conditions.
Can the vehicle be used for other movements on the day?
Yes. By prior arrangement, the vehicle may also be used for discreet movements such as collecting flowers, transporting accessories, or transferring small personal items between venues. These are scheduled within the agreed run-sheet to maintain timing and presentation.
Can we play our own music during travel?
Yes. The Lexus ES300h is equipped with Apple CarPlay and Wi-Fi capability, allowing you to connect your own device and enjoy your preferred music. Many couples curate a playlist for the day, adding a personal touch to each journey. The system delivers clear, balanced sound without intruding on conversation, maintaining the quiet luxury of the experience.
Do you provide limousines or stretch vehicles?
No. My service is centred on the Lexus ES300h Luxury Hybrid Sedan, chosen for its quiet refinement, elegant lines, and exclusive setting for up to four passengers. While larger limousines and stretch vehicles are designed for group capacity, the Lexus is intentionally reserved for the couple or VIP family members, or nominated guests – ensuring an intimate environment, immaculate presentation, and discreet travel that complements the elegance of a wedding day.
Can we bring food or champagne into the vehicle?
The Lexus ES300h is presented and maintained to an immaculate standard, and food service inside the vehicle is not accommodated. Bottled water is always provided, and where agreed in advance, champagne or refreshments can be served outside the vehicle using supplied flute glassware and portable esky. This ensures the vehicle remains pristine for the duration of the day while still allowing for celebratory moments.
Can alcohol be consumed in the vehicle?
No. Alcohol is not consumed inside the vehicle. Celebratory pours may be arranged outside at staged photo points using supplied flute glassware and portable esky.
Is smoking or vaping permitted?
No. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in or near the vehicle.
What happens if the day runs longer than planned?
Wedding days can unfold in unexpected ways, and I build flexibility into every schedule. Minor variations or natural delays are always accommodated as part of the service. For extraordinary extensions beyond the agreed run-sheet, discretionary standby charges may apply at $80.00 per hour. A complimentary grace period is always provided, and wherever possible any extra time is discussed and agreed in advance. Couples also have the option of booking a Fixed Price package, ensuring time is never a concern and the day flows without reference to hours.
Do you charge extra for late-night or after-hours transfers?
My service is exclusive and strictly pre-booked with fixed, all-inclusive pricing. Couples can be assured there are no after-hours penalties or hidden surcharges – the commitment remains the same from first arrival to final departure.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
My service is generally reserved well in advance, as I only accept one wedding booking per day. However, if the date has not been booked, I may be available for short-notice arrangements. Couples are welcome to contact me directly to check last-minute availability.
Will our wedding be shared on social media?
No. Discretion is central to my service. I do not publish photographs or details of your day on social media unless you provide explicit prior consent. Any consent can be withdrawn at any time prior to publication.
Who is responsible for damages or cleaning?
The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. If the vehicle is damaged, or left in an excessively dirty condition requiring extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the booking party will be liable for the full cost of cleaning or repair, and for any reasonable costs if the vehicle cannot be used for subsequent bookings.
Are bookings subject to Terms and Conditions?
Yes. Every booking is confirmed under written Terms and Conditions, which outline inclusions, responsibilities, and service parameters. This provides couples, family members and guests with clarity and confidence from the outset.
