Each booking is individually tailored to reflect your specific travel needs, while maintaining clear price boundaries and exceptional value.
All bookings with Gilt Edge Chauffeurs are confirmed with a fixed booking price agreed in advance once travel details have been discussed.

Pricing Structure
Fixed Booking Price
Travel across the South West often involves significant distances between towns, venues, and rural properties, including travel without passengers onboard.
To ensure pricing remains fair and predictable, I structure bookings using fixed prices. This approach allows professional, uninterrupted service delivery.
Once travel details have been discussed, a fixed booking price is offered, a firm, all-inclusive price agreed upfront. The price does not change, regardless of actual time or distance travelled.
This ensures complete clarity regarding the cost of the journey before travel takes place, regardless of minor variations in timing during the day.
Fixed pricing applies across all services, including:
- Airport transfers
- Restaurant and winery transfers
- Weddings and special events
- Corporate and conference travel
- Regional journeys between destinations
- Half-day and full-day private wine tours
Capped Pricing
Booking prices may be capped for certain types of travel. This provides cost protection while allowing flexibility within the itinerary. This approach is usually applied to:
- Half-day and full-day wine tours
- Long-distance regional journeys
- Itineraries involving multiple venues
- Itineraries requiring extended standby or wait time.
Capped pricing is one of the ways I ensure value without compromise for longer or more complex journeys.
How Your Booking Price Is Determined
For every enquiry, I provide a clear booking price or price structure based on:
- Date of service
- Collection time and location
- Destination and routing
- Estimated distance and journey duration
- Any return journey requirements
- Standby or waiting time requirements
- Anticipated traffic, weather, or event-related conditions
This ensures the price reflects the real commitment of the service, without surprises.
Indicative Pricing
Margaret River and Geographe Wine Tours
- Approximately 5 to 5.5 hours
- Indicative price from $370 per vehicle
- Approximately 7 to 8 hours
- Indicative price from $440 per vehicle
Tours include exclusive use of the vehicle together with itinerary support and coordination of winery reservations where required.
Final pricing may vary depending on travel distance, accommodation location and the structure of the itinerary.
Private Transfers
Private transfers are priced according to the distance, timing and nature of the journey. Once travel details have been discussed, a fixed booking price is confirmed before the journey takes place.
- Initial service fee: $50.00
- Distance rate: $2.80 per kilometre
For longer or regional journeys, I will often usually apply capped price rather than a purely distance-based charge.
Airport Transfers
- Initial service fee: $50.00
- Distance rate: $2.80 per kilometre
- Capped pricing available for longer-distance transfers
Includes flight monitoring, luggage assistance, and a complimentary 30-minute arrival grace period.
Weddings, School Balls and Special Event
- Hourly rate: $90.00
- Packages available
Depending on timing and duration, services may be offered on a fixed or capped basis to provide certainty around event logistics and waiting time.
Executive and Corporate Transfers
- Initial service fee: $50.00
- Distance rate: $2.80 per kilometre
- Hourly rate: $90.00
Capped pricing is available for longer-distance or multi-leg corporate travel, ensuring predictability for business travellers
Waiting and Standby Time
Minor delays at the point of collection are accommodated as part of the service.
A complimentary grace period of up to 10 minutes is provided for standard bookings.
A complimentary grace period of up to 30 minutes is provided for airport arrivals.
Where waiting extends beyond these periods, discretionary waiting charges may apply at $90.00 per hour. Wherever possible, any waiting arrangements are discussed and agreed in advance, not imposed afterwards.
What is Not Included
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included in the booking price:
- Winery tasting fees
- Restaurant meals
- Attraction entry fees
- Accommodation
- Third-party booking fees
Where reservations are arranged in advance, these costs are typically payable directly to the venue.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are credit card merchant fees included in the booking price?
No.
Square POS processing fees are additional and are charged to the client’s credit card at the time of payment.
Is the Booking Price inclusive of GST?
Yes. All quoted booking prices are GST inclusive.
