Signature Wine Pairing

I coordinate exclusive wine pairing experiences hosted directly by some of the region’s most respected wineries — offering an immersive and thoughtfully guided tasting experience.

Often guided by the winemaker or a senior cellar door host, these presentations feature a structured selection of estate wines and may include vertical tastings, back vintages, museum releases, and varietal comparisons. Each is presented in context, offering deeper insight into the wine’s provenance, character, and development — by those who craft them.

Drawing on my knowledge of the region and each winery’s strengths, I work closely with clients to identify their wine preferences and match them with venues that align in style, quality and presentation. This ensures:

  • optimal use of your time in the region
  • strong value for money
  • tastings tailored to your palate and interests
  • a memorable and rewarding wine experience.

Every itinerary is designed around the individual, with a focus on quality, comfort, and seamless flow.

Each visit is privately arranged, allowing you to enjoy a more intimate and engaging experience — free from crowds and the rigidity of group tours.

My signature wine pairing is ideal for those seeking a refined, personal approach to wine discovery — shaped entirely around your interests.

Margaret River Wine Region

Margaret River is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world, featuring a stunning coastline dotted with sandy beaches and surf breaks, lush forests, fascinating caves, and a food and wine culture that is regarded second to none.

Situated in the south-west corner of Western Australia, about 270 kilometres from Perth, the region has earned an international reputation for its top-quality wines. In particular, the Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay expressions rank among the finest in the world. The region’s reputation was solidified in the 1983-84 period when Cape Mentelle won back-to-back Jimmy Watson Trophies at the Melbourne Wine Show. International acclaim arrived when Leeuwin Estate’s Art Series 1981 was named by Decanter Magazine as “the best Chardonnay in the world.” Today, the region continues to cement its global reputation for producing iconic, fine wines.

  • Leeuwin Estate – A founding winery of Margaret River, renowned for its Art Series wines. Visitors can enjoy a structured tasting, explore the on-site art and sculpture gallery. Lunch available in the award-winning restaurant, featuring fresh regional produce.
  • Voyager Estate – Known for its classical architecture and organically farmed vineyards, Voyager offers guided wine flights and optional seven-course degustation lunches with matched wines, focusing on single-vineyard Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Cape Mentelle – One of the region’s original wineries, offering guided tastings in a relaxed cellar door or under the trees beside the historic barrel hall. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is a regional benchmark, and historical insights are provided on request.
  • Cullen Wines – Australia’s first certified biodynamic winery. Guests can experience biodynamic tastings and enjoy a seasonal multi-course lunch, with produce harvested from the estate’s own kitchen garden and paired with Cullen’s flagship wines.
  • Vasse Felix – The region’s founding estate offers premium tastings in its art-filled cellar door and lounge. The on-site restaurant delivers elegant dining options with wine pairings, while exclusive museum-release wines are also available.
  • Aravina Estate – Offers a broad visitor experience including casual and formal tastings, a coastal-inspired restaurant, a motor museum, and fashion boutique. A good option for guests seeking variety alongside quality wines.
  • Pierro Wines – A premium producer known for their flagship Chardonnay and elegant red blends. Tastings are hosted in a rustic, intimate cellar door setting surrounded by old vines.
  • Domaine Naturaliste – A critically acclaimed winery led by winemaker Bruce Dukes. The cellar door offers seated tastings of small-batch wines with a focus on balance, texture, and vineyard expression.
  • Woodlands – An iconic family-owned estate producing classic Bordeaux-style wines. The cellar door offers structured tastings with the opportunity to sample reserve and museum releases.
  • Fraser Gallop Estate – Recognised for its award-winning Cabernet and Chardonnay, this estate offers a peaceful cellar door experience with views over Wilyabrup Brook. Known for producing elegant, cool-climate wines.
  • Edwards Wines – A boutique winery honouring the adventurous spirit of its founder. Offers structured tastings in a relaxed setting, with standout Chardonnay and Cabernet blends.
  • Cherubino Wines – A premium producer with a reputation for precision and finesse. Guests can experience curated tastings of limited-release wines in a sophisticated cellar door located just outside Wilyabrup.

Geographe Wine Region

The Geographe wine region comprises the Ferguson Valley, the rural towns of Harvey and Donnybrook, the beautiful Geographe Bay, and the town of Busselton – best known for the Busselton Jetty, a 2km jetty stretching out into the bay.

Established just over 20 years ago, the Geographe Wine Region is home to more than 20 boutique wineries producing over 36 grape varieties, earning a reputation as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging wine regions.

  • Green Door Wines – Mediterranean varietals served in a scenic, rustic cellar door
  • Willow Bridge Estate – consistently top-class wines, rated one of the best in WA
  • Talisman Wines – rated one of WA’s best small producers, single vineyard acclaimed whites and reds in a peaceful setting
  • St Aidan Wines – Vineyard lunch with seasonal menu

Truffle tours

Bespoke Truffle Tours

I offer professionally planned, private chauffeur experiences that showcase premium seasonal truffle experiences.

During the cooler months (typically June to August), I offer bespoke truffle tours to the region’s most exclusive truffle producers.

In the Margaret River region, I coordinate visits to The Margaret River Truffle Farm – offering intimate truffle hunts, orchard walks, a set menu lunch designed to showcase the diversity of truffle.

Recognised as the heart of Australia’s black truffle industry, Manjimup is home to Truffle Hill – a world-renowned estate offering guided truffle hunts, tastings of truffle products, and truffle-infused dining experiences in their onsite restaurant.

Each tour is customised to suit your interests, whether you are focused on premium wine, fine food, or the thrill of discovering truffles beneath oak and hazelnut trees. Travel in the comfort of a luxury Lexus sedan, with every detail arranged for a seamless and memorable day.

Koffee Safari

At Yahava KoffeeWorks in Margaret River, guests can enjoy a 90-minute interactive coffee safari. The experience begins with an engaging overview of the coffee-growing process – from cultivation and harvesting through to roasting.

From there, you will move into practical skills: setting the grind, dosing the shot, steaming milk, and preparing the five most popular café coffees.

You will also have the opportunity to roast your own batch and take it home. The session concludes with a demonstration on basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
